These terms and conditions and who we are:
- These are the terms and conditions on which we reward consumers £100 (one hundred pounds) for referrals resulting in us purchasing a Classic Car. Please read these terms carefully before you participate in this promotion.
- When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
- If we have to contact you, we will only do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address provided to us.
Who can participate and how it works:
- You and the vehicle owner must live in the UK and be over 18 years old.
- You and the vehicle owner must be consumers.
- You must seek necessary permissions and informed consent from the vehicle owner before making your referral to us and details of all referrals must be submitted in writing via the online submission form or via email to phil@pm-antiques.co.uk with subject line CLASSICCAR100.
- The vehicle owner must verify in writing that you have made the referral.
- We must purchase the vehicle from the vehicle owner within 28 days of your initial written correspondence to us for you to claim the £100 reward.
- The £100 reward will be paid to you via UK bank cheque within 14 days of us purchasing the vehicle from the vehicle owner.
- The £100 reward is not transferrable and will only be paid out to you. There is no obligation for you to claim the £100 reward.
- Strictly one £100 reward per vehicle that we purchase as result of your referral.
- This promotion is solely between you and us. Nobody else has any rights under this promotion.
- In the event that more than one person makes a referral for the same vehicle, the £100 reward will be issued the person who made their referral first.
- The vehicle must meet our independent criteria and there is no obligation for us to purchase the vehicle.
- The vehicle owner must warrant that they are the true owner of the vehicle.
- There is no obligation for the vehicle owner to sell the vehicle to us.
Restrictions and exclusions:
- Vehicles that have been advertised for sale within the past 12 months do not qualify.
- Businesses, companies or other body corporates are excluded.
- This promotion does not apply to our Auto Broker Service.
Additional terms:
- We reserve the right to suspend, change or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- Any attempt to manipulate this promotion will lead to automatic exclusion.
- Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
- Any information you provide us will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
